What will you do with my property? Are you going to simply hold the land, develop it or use it for some other purpose?

We are investors searching for land that meets our investment criteria. Depending on the holding costs and potential uses of each property, we may decide to hold the real estate for long-term investment purposes or find a new owner within the fiscal year.

I received a letter in the mail from In2Land Investment. I’m interested in selling my property. What do I need to do?

Our team answers the phone 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You’ll speak to a live person (not a recording!). When you call, please have the following information available (if possible):
  • The “Reference #” from the letter we sent you. It can be found at the top right hand corner of the letter.
  • Contact Information – The best way for us to reach you (phone number, etc).
  • Property Information – The location (State & County), parcel number (“APN”), and size of your property.
  • Owner Information – The name and spelling of the owner on title, if it’s someone other than you.
  • Additional Properties – If you have multiple properties you would be interested in selling, please let us know.
  • Other Information – Any additional information you would like us to know about the property, for instance: If there are any buildings/fences/improvements on it, whether it is accessible by road, the condition of the road, if you have any photos of it, if there are any back taxes owed, or if utilities (water, electric, heating, sewer) are located at or near the property.

I received an offer on my property in the mail from In2Land Investment. I’m interested in selling my property. What do I need to do?

If you are fine with the offer just fill out the required information, sign it and send it back to us to: 5900 Balcones Drive, SITE 4484.

How quickly can you evaluate my property and make me an offer?

Our investment team reviews properties on a daily basis. The more complete the information that you provide when you call or submit your property online, the faster of a turn-around you can expect from us. If you provide all the necessary information, and if your property fits within our investment criteria, you can expect to hear from us within 5 – 10 business days.

What are the benefits of submitting my property for sale?

There are many benefits – here are just a few:
  • You are in no obligation to sell.
  • Once you accept the terms of our contract, we can close quickly and you will receive cash fast.
  • You will save time and money by selling your property quickly, instead of waiting months or years to sell and paying taxes for it.

  • If we cannot buy your property directly, we are happy to market the property to our network of buyers on your behalf – free of charge.

What type of properties is In2Land Investment looking for?

We specialize in land, and we will consider parcels of any size, in any condition, in any location within the United States. We will make offers on anything that fits within our investment criteria.

I submitted my property a few weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything back – what’s the deal?

We carefully research and consider every single property that is submitted on our website. However, we aren’t able to buy everything.
If you haven’t heard anything back from us – it’s most likely because
a) Your property doesn’t fit the profile of what we’re looking for, or
b) We already have sufficient exposure to properties of similar location and size to yours and are unable to make additional investments of this type at the moment.
However if you really want to sell your property please reach out to us via Email under Cash@in2landinvest.com and we gladly have another look or refer you within our network of buyers.

Is there a cost for your services?

Absolutely not. There is no cost or obligation to you for submitting your property for our investment consideration.
